About Us
East Lake Veterinary Clinic (ELVC) was founded in January of 1980. Dr. Joyner started as an associate veterinarian in 1984. On December 31st of 1986, he became a full practice owner.
Due to strong client demand, a new facility was built in 1986 at our current location. With our ongoing relationship with our clients, we expanded our building in 1995. A state-of-the-art radiology department, in-house laboratory and pharmacy, dog and cat boarding and grooming facilities, an isolation care area, a hospitalization area, a dedicated surgery suite, and a dental area were added.
Our mission at ELVC is to consistently offer the highest quality care to our patients and fulfill the needs and expectations of our clients. We provide these services in a clean and modern environment, at a reasonable cost, from a friendly, caring and responsive staff. At ELVC, your pets are treated like family members. Your pets are assured consistent care from our professional and well-trained staff members, who have been with our practice for many years.
